Our team is taking care of run and build of applications that are used by Finance domain of Hitachi ABB Power Grids. The team consists of Service Managers responsible for selected portfolio of applications, Application Managers and Specialist who are responsible for specific applications, and cross-application team members such as Business Analyst and Solution Architect.
Your responsibilities
- Implement people strategy and act in line with global BU/ global function strategy and Group HR policies and guidelines;
- Oversee implementation of HR processes within the area of responsibility requiring on-site support, follow up and advise;
- Cooperate closely with Managers and Employees in relevant location to achieve better understanding of current HR issues and introduce the most effective solutions to resolve them;
- Support Managers in implementing and following up performance management activities;
- Track employee KPIs and support achievement of optimal levels of attrition within defined parameters across Business;
- Represent HR in the workplace, build partnership between Employees, HR and Managers;
- Implement and ensure compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies and processes related to operation or project execution and share functional best practice and lessons learned across the organization;
- Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed. Helps to build up an effective, capable and high performing team.
Your background
- Higher degree in HR or related areas;
- Experience in HR Department in global production company;
- Excellent customer orientation and collaboration skills;
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR and Polish labor law;
- Fluency in Polish & English;
- Ability to plan and coordinate many diverse and parallel processes;
- Ability to think independently to challenge traditional and present and implement new solutions within HR;
