Our team is taking care of run and build of applications that are used by Finance domain of Hitachi ABB Power Grids. The team consists of Service Managers responsible for selected portfolio of applications, Application Managers and Specialist who are responsible for specific applications, and cross-application team members such as Business Analyst and Solution Architect.
Your responsibilities
- Supporting IT Service Manager in daily activities
- Help with Projects Management Office activities and administrative tasks
- Preparing data for weekly and monthly status reports to business
- Participating in meetings with service Mangers and internal teams
- Driving effective communication with wide variety of stakeholders via email and chat
- Driving ongoing activities in TSA-Exit program, mainly data collections and follow ups
- Monitoring progress of IT projects and creating interactive reports
- Performing presales activities like PO creation coordination, follow ups & recording
- Writing summaries, meeting notes and reports
Your background
- You are a university student
- You have excellent organizational and communication skills
- You are fluent in English
- You have ability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and with various types of tasks
- You are creative, precise, reliable and willing to learn from experienced colleagues
- You enjoy learning and working with new technologies and IT tools
- You have working knowledge of MS Office tools
- Preferred educational background is technical or IT related
