About the role
  • Running end-to-end recruitment processes for positions in IT,
  • Establishing and managing relationships with external partners: job boards, recruitment agencies; price negotiations and analyses in order to maintain economically viable costs,
  • Organizing trainings for employees,
  • Organizing team building events,
  • HR administration.
Essential skills
  • Min 1 year of experience on the similar position
  • Good English (B2) in speech and writing
  • Knowledge of Polish Labor Law
  • Can-do attitude and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated
It's awesome but not a must
  • Interest in IT
