About the role
  • Researching for candidates with the usage of various methods (direct search, social media like Linkedin, Facebook),
  • Posting job offers and searching for valuable job portals
  • Sourcing potential candidates,
  • Establishing a strong first impression of the company and its core values,
  • Keeping up to high standards the candidate experience,
  • In the future, the possibility of running end-to-end recruitment processes for positions in IT.
Essential skills
  • Min 6 month of experience in recruitment/sourcing
  • Basic knowledge of IT positions
  • Willingness to develop in recruitment
  • Good English in speech and writing (B2)
  • Can-do attitude and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated
It's awesome but not a must
  • Interest in IT
