We are looking for a Back Office Specialist to update and maintain information on our customer’s databases and computer systems.
Back Office Specialist responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases as well as maintaining accurate records of information in customer tools. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like accuracy with an eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Transfer source data from paper formats into the required electronic format
- Validate integrity of data by comparing it to source documents
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
Skills and Competences:
- Very good English - B2 or above
- Polish would be an asset
- Availabilty to work full time (shift work)
- Responsibility for end to end taks
- Attention to detail
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
- Fast learner demonstrating dedication to deliver results
- Ability to work according to business process
