Department Overview

Motorola Solutions Finance Operation Center is a department of Motorola in Kraków which gives you an opportunity to participate in the setup of the new organization. The center is a part of our global network of Finance Operation Centers (FOC) which provides world-class finance, accounting and purchasing services to Motorola branches in Europe, Middle East, Africa and US region. Job Description

The Order Validation team is responsible for ensuring the highest level of correctness of orders entered into the system by validating them against the relevant documentation.
The Junior Order Validation Specialist will adhere to established policies, procedures, and approval authorities to ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements to minimize loss to Motorola.
Specifically the Junior Specialist:

• Completes order validation for all types of equipment orders for internal and external customers from the US and Canada
• Completes validation of Service Contracts.
• Releases orders in close cooperation with finance (billing, collections, corporate credit, tax), export control, product groups, PM’s, Sales Team, etc.
• Processes credits for equipment returns
• Adapts to a fast-paced business with a focus on first in, first out cycle time on all requests while maintaining the ability to refocus quickly if business needs dictate

• 0-1 year of experience in Customer Service / Order Management / Finance
• Possibility to work on mixed shift 50/50 - US hours (14:00-22:00)
• Excellent English
• Attention to details skills
• Analytical skills
• Good knowledge about MS Excel and Google Suite
• Good time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task & prioritize
• Degree in Economy / Finance /Accounting is a plus
