We are looking for a Quality Assurance Intern to expand our team which delivers software solutions for Hitachi Energy Power Grids. It is our ambi-tion to ensure highest level of products quality of Services and Bay Level Products families. Day to day tasks will typically include testing of new generation products – manual & automatic, reporting of found issues and communicating closely with a variety of stakeholders. We are looking for someone who plans to develop their career in interna-tional team of a well-established brand!

 

Your responsibilities
  • Support Product Owners by ensuring product quality meets design and opera-tional standards;
  • Document identified defects & cooperate with developers to resolve any product issues;
  • Develop and support automation test framework and automation strategies;
  • Implement tools and create scripts required to automate and speed up variety of processes and tasks;
  • Assist in other tasks when needed.
Your background
  • Student (preferably 3rd or 4th year) of technical faculty, ideally electrotechnics, energetics;
  • At least intermediate level of English (B2);
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills;
  • Basic programming / scripting skills, preferably bash / python / C++;
  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking;
  • General knowledge of testing strategies;
  • Hardware geek;
  • Basic knowledge of Debian Linux distribution is a plus;
  • Experience in software testing is a plus;
  • SEP certificate is a plus.
