As an Application Developer, you will lead IBM into the future by translating system requirements into the design and development of customized systems in an agile environment. Scope of duties:
- Designing new solutions (software architecture, business functionalities)
- improve application design, introduce own concepts to improve code quality and system performance
- Working on functional specifications (requirements) together with first / second line support teams.
- Leading development process / supervising junior / regular developers.
- Working on interfaces to third party systems (requirements, clarifications, development and support)
- Acquire new knowledge and share it among team members

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience with .NET or Java

- Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred)
- DevOps tools knowledge
