Introduction

The SAP Functional Support Specialist will work internally with the Payroll Operations team to leverage their SAP and Payroll process knowledge and experience to investigate payroll and system related issues and help to triage them correctly. Additionally the person will facilitate problem solving discussions and identify process improvement opportunities, and work with stakeholders to roll out the improvements.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) including problem solving
• 3-5 years of working experience in End-to-end Payroll processing
• Knowledge of SAP EC module is a welcome addition
• UAT experience
• SAP implementation experience from Operational perspective
• Ability to guide others in the field and influence improvements
• Ability to manage critical timelines with multiple teams
• Strong process improvement skills
• Strong communication both written and spoken in English
