your tasks
- this role will support IT Procurement Team based in Krakow, Lausanne & Madrid with their sourcing and admin tasks
- operate the procurement process within the sourcing tools
- preparation reports for the stakeholders
- coordinating approval flow for contracts signature
- supporting internal users in set-up forms for process approval
- assist in drafting and running RFx process
what we expect
- university degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Procurement or IT fields
- minimum 1 year of professional experience in IT or Procurement Area
- very good interpersonal skills and customer-centric approach
- proactive approach and ability to work independently
- very good command of English (other European languages would be an asset)
- very good in using MS Office and experience in SAP
