This position will support the HR team in building the best onboarding experience for every new hire at IBM. The Onboarding Success Partner will be responsible to craft a signature experience that is both informative, engaging and ensures a warm welcome & strong start at IBM. This role is an integral part of the HR Talent Acquisition team and works cross-functionally with other areas of Human Resources including Talent Acquisition Partners and Coordinators. The role of Onboarding is integral for preparing the new hire for their IBM career and to ensure that everything is ready for their arrival at IBM on day 1.

Scope of Duties:
- Lead and run all day-to-day operations for onboarding
- First point of contact for new employee and hiring manager from offer accept through onboarding
- Facilitating paperwork completion and processing e.g. work permits, medical checks
- Ensure employee data collected at onboarding stage reaches HR system and Personal Administration Team in a timely manner
- Efficiently answer queries from candidates, hiring managers and talent acquisition partners
- Responsible for appropriate follow-up of each required element in the onboarding process
- Bring new ideas to the table to continuously improve the process
- Fluency in English
- Very good knowledge of Polish
- Work experience preferably in an administrative role
- Interest in HR, in particular the recruitment function
- Proven ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines
- Ability to handle highly sensitive/confidential information
- Excellent MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong will to learn
- Desire to work hard, share content, strategies and best practices amongst your peers and really enjoy a team atmosphere
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Knowledge of local employment legislation will be an asset
