For our Client, a well-known company with branches all around the world and vastly developing business based in new technologies, life science, and environmental area, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Digital Transaction Business Analyst.

• Acting as E-invoice Subject Matter Expert for Credit Collection & Customer Care Teams
• Configuration and correction of e-invoice necessary set up in SAP
• Profile management for e-invoice on Customer Platforms (Ariba, Coupa, Taulia, Tradeshift, Tungsten, Basware)
• Further development of e-invoice control report based on SAP & Customer Portals to proactively fid potential risk and ensure invoice delivery on time
• Troubleshooting of e-invoice failures reported by Credit Collation; immediate problem solving + fixing root cause
• Support to e-invoice integration projects
• Support to other daily operational activities within Global Ecommerce team (Web orders, eprocurement)

• 3 years of experience in Credit Collections, Customer Service, Master Data Management, Projects or Business Analyze
• Experience or interest in e-invoice standards and regulations
• Excellent working knowledge of SAP
• Process improvement experience highly desirable
• Fluent in English (B2/C1)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to think analytically
• Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Commitment to quality processes and outcomes
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Familiarity with EDI and cxml formats
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM a plus
