For one of our clients SSC based in Krakow we are looking for SAP Implementation Specialist who will be responsible for supporting the optimal configuration and data availability within the SAP platform allowing for daily business transaction workflows to take place.

• Analyze and understand the current roles and access restrictions
• Develop and maintain standards and procedures for the SAP Security and user access controls in all SAP instances
• Contribute to developing centralized process for SAP security role administration
• Ensure that the security roles are appropriately assigned to users and tested thoroughly before deployment
• Evaluate business risks associated with security role design, implement appropriate controls to address those risks and provide recommendations on ways to simplify and streamline the security design
• Perform consulting functions to business regarding type of access to the system and to project managers for delivery compliant user access in projects implementation
• Develop the GRC rule sets (SoD), workflows and approvers for user provisioning / de-provisioning, authentication/ authorization/ emergency access and access recertification based on business needs, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements
• Perform periodic reviews of segregation of duties conflicts and Business critical access in user authorizations
• Identify role owners and automate the role and user provisioning processes
• Deliver operational consultancy on users' requests
• Prepare test scenarios & documentation on the roles and related access

• 3+ years' experience in managing SAP security and SAP GRC Access & Process Control for the client's SAP landscape (across development, quality assurance, sandbox, training and production systems)
• Experience in newer the latest SAP ECC, GRC Process Control and GRC Risk Management
• Experience in S/4HANA, Fiori, Lumira, IDM, Audit Management and Fraud Management etc. would be an asset
• Master's degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent would be an asset
• Good understanding of the concepts of Segregation of Duties (SoD) and SOX Compliance, and SAP IT General Computer Controls
• Experience in Security/GRC activities for minor enhancements and support pack/version upgrades
• Extensive experience working on maintenance of GRC master data, running risk analysis, batch job monitoring, audit & compliance support activities (user management controls, access certification, etc.)
• Troubleshooting security access issues, interacting with key functional/business stakeholders for providing a resolution to SAP Security/GRC errors/exceptions
• Understands various compliance requirements that impact security and provide solutions to address them
• Ability to quickly understand and adapt to various role design concepts and deliver in a short period of time
