Collections Team Leader with French

- Previous experience in Collections is a must
- Fluent French

- Very good analytical skills, able to prepare complex analysis and reporting
- Able to improve the process and to motivate the staff to do the same
- Ability to delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Manage a team of Collections Specialists
- Ensure the implementation and adherence to the agreed collections policy
- Manage, implement and maintain the Customer segmentation
- Ensure compliance with established credit management protocols within team
