Team Leader with German in P2P Tower

Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.
- Related business knowledge and experience service delivery phases and people management
- P2P, O2C or R2R experience will be an asset
- Fluent English and Basic German (B1)
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Ability to work effectively under time pressure with deadlines and in a changing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork approach
- Able to work on multiple tasks in demanding environment and work with people from diverse culture
- Ensures that all targets and deadlines described in KPIs and SLAs are met according to Client’s expectations
- Creates, leads and develops strong and effective teams motivated towards effective performance and objectives realization
- Assures sufficient resources to perform operations for the Client
- Manages turnover and recruitment processes for the project
- Accurately forecasts and manages costs and profitability for the project
- Takes care of quality improvements
