Junior Customer Team Performance Specialist
A workplace: Kraków
Responsibilities
  • Contact with clients
  • Updating data and internal procedures
  • Support in conducting NPS surveys
  • Close cooperation between departments within the company
  • Taking care of high efficiency of created solutions, their ongoing monitoring and analysis
  • Ongoing support of the department and performance of assigned tasks
Requirements
  • Pro-active attitude and self-reliance in action
  • The ability to work in a team
  • Excellent work organization
  • Conscientious/reliable execution of assigned tasks
  • Creative approach to the implemented processes
  • English language skills at the level of free communication
