Technical Content Writer
A workplace: Kraków
Responsibilities
  • UX writing: Creating consistent and intuitive texts across different features of SALESmanago system
  • Strict cooperation with UX Designers, Developers, and Marketing Team
  • Adhering to culture standards, especially inclusive language
  • Reporting the results of activities within the framework of the created projects
  • Bilingual content creation (English and Polish)
Requirements
  • Ease in transferring highly technical concepts into easy-to-understand copy
  • A keen eye for grammar, spelling, punctuation, text formatting
  • Excellent written communication skills in English (C1 with C2 in selected fields)
  • Team player, responsible, ambitious, result-driven
  • Communication skills and empathy necessary to create content optimized for both text-savvy and entry-level users

Location: Krakow, Poland (with some remote working flexibility)
