Head of Partner Marketing

Responsibilities

 

To accelerate our growth and become a global leader in our market, we are expanding our Marketing team - as a result, we are actively seeking an experienced Head of Partner Marketing
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing SaaS company to help scale our Marketing organization. You will be primarily responsible for developing the partner marketing strategy from the ground up across brand awareness, enablement and joint activations to drive demand from our 000’s of active partners

 

You will be excited and highly motivated at the prospect of playing a critical role within one of Europe’s fast-growing, eCommerce companies and helping our company to realize our ambition and become Poland’s next SaaS unicorn. Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience of leading a global partner / channel marketing function across both enablement and activations. Working with strategic partners and resellers in >50 locations to grow the SALESmanago education and demand.

 

What you’ll be doing:
  • Own the strategy for our European partner marketing approach
  • Run the tactical execution of our partner and Through partner activations
  • Be directly accountable for Op Generation targets via Direct and indirect partner marketing
  • Deliver growth in revenue from our partner channel with specific focus on the enterprise
  • segment
  • Drive the EMEA partner relationships and engagement
  • Work closely with our USA partner marketing team to share best practice and create global economies of scale.
  • Work with our partners to create joint value propositions to drive engagement within our partners and to our partner audiences
  • Work out ways to create joint value in our our partner engagements
  • Maximise the New / New, New / Existing and Existing / New joint activation goals
  • Increase partner Pipeline contribution by double digit percents QonQ
  • Design and implement joint go-to-market campaigns, strategies and content with key partners to generate pipeline and revenue.
  • Develop detailed campaign project plans, including campaign goals, messaging, calls to action, content and marketing distribution channels
  • Own the education, training and communication strategy for our to partner marketing
Requirements
  • 5-10 years experience in high growth start up / scale up
  • Hands on experience of building partner marketing programs to partners and with partners.
  • Proven track record of delivering Direct and Indirect new business opportunities through the partner ecosystem.
  • Successful track record of working with strategic, technology, resell and services partners on go-to-market for joint offerings and traditional channel marketing tactics
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven experience of scaling partner marketing programs and activations
  • Strong analytical skill set to identify insights and optimize execution of campaigns/programs
  • A start-up mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a rapidly
  • changing, fast-paced environment
  • Confident in front of large audiences and senior stakeholders
