Responsibilities


To accelerate our growth and become a global leader in our market, we are expanding our Marketing team - as a result, we are actively seeking an experienced Head of Demand / Lead Generation.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing SaaS company to help scale our Marketing organization. You will be primarily responsible for devising, creating and implementing a best in class lead generation strategy and accompanying tactical plans.


You will be excited and highly motivated at the prospect of playing a critical role within one of Europe’s fast-growing, eCommerce companies and helping our company to realize our ambition and become Poland’s next SaaS unicorn. Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience of leading a demand gen / growth function with ultimate responsibility over prospect touchpoints, top of the funnel leads and MQLs. You will own all demand channels across Digital, Performance, events, content syndication and more and will be obsessed with driving quality ICP leads into the funnel.

 

This is a very unique opportunity to create a scalable demand generation process and launch new channels to have a direct impact on revenue.


What you’ll be doing:
  • Own everything that falls under demand / lead gen: Digital marketing (website CRO), Performance Marketing (PPC, Retargeting), SEO, Events, Campaigns (PPL, Content Syndication, Intent, ABM), Comms (Nurture, Emails), Lead Development and lead scoring.
  • Build a detailed demand gen engine that includes lead generation, nurturing, upselling, and budget allocation
  • Lead a global demand gen team currently consisting of 4 people but will grow.
  • Develop and implement multi-channel and multi-touch demand generation and account based marketing campaigns to drive leads and revenue from ICP
  • Work cross-functionally with SDR’s and sales to create effective strategies to move prospects through the funnel as effectively as possible
  • Develop and track comprehensive metrics, attribution modeling, and advise on direction of lead generation and spending
  • Report on critical funnel metrics to ensure programs are exceeding pipeline & ARR targets
  • Continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting demand
  • tactics and strategy accordingly to improve results
Requirements
  • 5-10 years experience in high growth start up / scale up
  • Demand Generation expertise - specifically marketing SaaS
  • Experience managing a team, including professional development and coaching
  • Managing multiple lead gen tactics and channels simultaneously
  • Analytical - ability to identify what's working and what's not, be quantitative about that (spreadsheets, numbers, etc) - ability to collaborate with sales and other depts specifically with an analytical, quantitative approach
  • HUGE plus if you have experience in the world of Martech or Ecommerce
