• Establishing the environments and tools required to prevent and detect software defects
• Establishing quality standards and procedures to be employed throughout software development projects
• Creating and growing QA and Test teams through hiring and training
• Removing obstacles that impede quality assurance and test progress
• Delivering reports to stakeholders who need to make informed decisions about software quality
• Assisting with go/no-go release decisions
• Monitoring and assessing QA and Test team performance

• Minimum 5 years of experience in performing manual/automated testing
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading QA teams
• Advanced working knowledge of QA processes and methodologies; expertise in test planning, test case management, code coverage and defect analysis
• Experience in working in an Agile environment
• Excellent communicator, feedback giver, and a humble leader/mentor
• Ability to develop solutions to solve challenges
• Good knowledge of JIRA/Confluence
• Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
• Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
• Great attention to detail and a results driven approach
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Reliable and Trustworthy
• Experience with Python, Java & SQL
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2/C1)
