• Provide answers to customers by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding customers through corrective steps through the support forums and support tickets/email
• Identify/debug conflicts with other themes or plugins
• Escalates issues to senior support staff and engineering as needed
• Improves customer resources by writing and maintaining documentation
• Improves performance and efficiencies by identifying problems; recommending changes
• Help test code changes, new features, and release software updates

• Experience working with e-commerce platforms like Magento, PrestaShop
• Knowledge in reading, writing, and editing PHP, HTML, CSS
• Knowledge of web application testing and debugging methods
• The ability to analytically approach problems
• Ability to use Git for tracking changes in the source code, cloning repositories, changing branches, testing branches, performing code reviews, etc.
• The ability to analytically approach problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication  skills in English (B2/C1)
