On this position you will support various Supply Chain Management related activities for both Direct and Indirect spend.

Your responsibilities
  • Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order management – quote collection & evaluation, supplier identification, issuance of purchase orders, confirmation of delivery with requestors / suppliers
  • Correct classification of the spend
  • Invoice resolution
  • Inquiry management
  • Negotiations within the assumed threshold
  • Close collaboration with customers, internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Taking active part in our flag SCM transformation project
Your background
  • Very good command of English (min. B2)
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Customer focus with proactive attitude
  • Attention to details
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Good work organization
  • Experience in one of the following areas: Supply Chain Management / Customer Service / Accounts Payable / HR / Administration
  • SAP MM hands-on experience would be a strong plus
