Recruitment Specialist
A workplace: Kraków

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our SALESmanago team. You will primarily own and coordinate day-to-day recruitment activities with Hiring Managers, build and maintain relations with Candidates, and promote the company’s brand to potential Employees. We are a fast-growing, cool company and this is an exciting opportunity for a talented and ambitious recruitment professional who would relish the chance to be part of building and scaling our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full recruitment cycle: Candidate management, diversity sourcing, interview process management, including employer promotion in the marketplace
  • Evaluate Candidates' resumes against job requirements and qualify candidates through detailed interviews and assessment of skills and technical abilities as required
  • Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules; maintain effective communication with Candidates (confirming appointments, collecting feedback, mail correspondence, etc.)
  • Promote our internal employee referral program to current employees
  • Proactively seek and source Candidates, using web-based technology and social media
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Interview candidates via phone/Google Meet and in person
  • Manage the candidate's experience during the recruitment process
  • Coordination, and support of the entire recruitment process
  • Other administrative and ad hoc tasks
Key Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment (agency/in-house)
  • Fluency in English for interviewing and evaluating English proficiency among candidates is a prerequisite
  • Demonstrative verbal skills to communicate well with Candidates and Managers
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and respond quickly to ongoing challenges, "can-do attitude"
  • Excellent analytical skills to research resumes and find best-fit candidates
  • Strong negotiation skills when discussing terms of employment
