• up to 6 months of experience in a similar role would be useful, but we're much more interested in how quickly you can learn new skills 
• experience in using MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
• excellent English, especially writing skills – you need to be the least C1 (on the CEFR scale) because you'll be drafting reports for clients 
• good organizational skills – you'll need to balance multiple projects at the same time and handle time effectively

• providing analytical project support for Aon’s global benefits survey
• participating in data collection and supporting data submission process using Aon’s technology platform for global benefits management
• assisting in developing, analyzing and drafting results and reports for countries in Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Americas
• getting familiar with survey methodology and vital project work tools

• use your analytical skills to support Aon's Global Benefit's Survey 
• collect and submit data into Aon's platform for handling global benefits 
• develop your writing skills by analysing and drafting survey results and final reports
