Application operational support. Tools like BMC Remedy, IBM Netcool, Federos Assure1, ArcSight, and Splunk

• IT operations and support
• 1+ years of support Linux systems 
• 3+ years of Windows OS experience
• Experience with MS SQL, MySQL databases
• Responsible for organizing, modifying, and supporting Application systems
• Understanding of firewalls, LANs, and network background
• Create and maintain documentation
• Strong problem solving skills with the desire to find the root of a problem and propose solutions
• Nice to have : experience with ELK 
• On-call rotation for off hour support
