We are currently looking for BigFix Software Consultant for the BigFix Inventory product team in Krakow, located at O3 Business Campus on Opolska street. We are looking for talented, self-motivated and curious people with good programming skills that feel great in an unconventional environment, we offer environment where you can grow as a person and engineer. Software Consultant
Miejsce pracy: Kraków

As a Software Consultant, you will be responsible for: 

  • Implementing BigFix Inventory product at client’s site
  • Providing customers with guidance for software implementation
  • Troubleshooting and resolving product issues reported by client 
  • Helping client during dedicated sessions
  • Providing feedback to product team about architecture changes improving product, contributing to process improvements to optimize the support life cycle and maximize the team’s productivity. 

Qualifications 

  • University degree in Computer Science, Technology or Engineering
  • Strong analytical ability 
  • Demonstrated experience in software implementation
  • Knowledge about shell script programming
  • Knowledge about OS (Unix, Linux, Windows, MacOS)
  • Knowledge about relational databases (MS SQL, IBM DB2) 

Nice to have

  • Experience in Docker / Kubernetes
  • Virtualization technology/ies knowledge

Required Soft Skills

  • Be open to learn new technologies/skills
  • Excellent communication in English (written and verbal)
  • Dedicated to continual self-development 
  • Good team player 
  • Ability to collaborate with geographically distributed cross-functional teams. 

Remote Work

 

During pandemic, remote work is the only available option. When the pandemic ends both remote and office work will be available as we want to meet with our team in our brand-new office.
