Our game engine takes live data and combines it with familiar game concepts and proven game mechanics to generate highly addictive mobile games. Recruitment Manager

Location: małopolskie / Kraków

 

Job description

  • Prepare, coordinate and actively participate in recruitment processes;
  • Create and run Employer Branding Projects and handle all social media type communications for this purpose;
  • Collaborate with managers of other departments regarding recruitment and HR needs;
  • Undertake any other activities directly related to HR processes (including handling employee benefits);
  • Proposing and implementing new solutions that create a friendly work environment and support employee wellbeing;
  • Collaborate in drafting and updating job descriptions;
  • Contributing to other soft HR projects and activities.

Requirements

  • Experience in conducting recruitment processes - at least 1 year;
  • Experience in the IT area will be a great plus;
  • Communicative English (min. B2);
  • Ability to easily establish and maintain positive relationships;
  • Positive attitude and customer orientation;
  • Very good organization of work and professional approach to performed tasks;
  • Confidence and perseverance in pursuit of individual as well as team goals;
  • Ingenuity, creativity, willingness to look for new solutions and alternative sources of candidates;
  • Independence in completing tasks;
  • Ability to work fast, effective and under time pressure;
  • Initiative and openness to searching for solutions;
  • Interest in HR and follow current trends in this area.

WELCOME
