For our Client, World Leader in Technical Gases Industry I am currently looking for
The main responsibility of the Project Cost Controller in charge of managing cost controlling activities is to alert on deviations compared to the project baseline. The Project Cost Controller is a key contributor to management decisions by delivering clear and transparent information on the project status.
- Analysis of the initial contract estimate and set-up of the project structure and of the cost report structure
- Monitoring of project budget and reforecast to deliver the right landing position of the project
- Monitoring of Man-hours & workload of the project.
- Preparation of cost-to-complete forecast for engineering, supply and construction
- Update of project cash flow and POC forecast
- Coordination of the Project Status Report and participation in its presentation to management review
- Participation in the Capitalization process
- Experience in long term contracts as Project Cost Controller
- Experience in fulfill ECP projects
- Knowledge of SAP systems
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
- High capability to expedite the team, challenge the figures
- Team oriented person who can focus on the details as well as overall pictureFamiliar with project control matters
- Master's Degree in economics or engineering
- Fluency skills in English
