Our Global Mobility Services (GMS) team provides tax and technology solutions to multinational companies with employees assigned all over the world. We are currently looking to recruit an  Admin Specialist to join our Global Mobility Services team based in Kraków.

 

Your daily duties will include
  • Electronic filing of PDF documents to correct e-folder structure (review documents, decide about content and save at relevant place)
  • Independently prepare various regular reports (Excel basis)
  • Pre-filter these reports based on certain logic to show areas that need action
  • Arranging meetings with clients/KPMG network
  • Uploading documents to share files sides
  • Preparing presentations (ppt) and process map-outs
We expect
  • Completed University/College studies
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Independent working style
  • Precise, reliable and client oriented attitude
  • Good computer skills, advanced knowledge in Excel
  • Ability to identify potential problems and issues easily
