Polish Human Resources team is a part of the Global HR organization. HR organization manages projects related to career development, analyzing and addressing training needs, recruitment and talent deployment, rewards & recognition, employee relations, employees’ engagement, retention, as well as other HR related requests in line with global policies and procedures.

• Member of HR Business Partners team supporting a number of organizations
• Management of the HR projects and processes (performance management, training and career development programs, talent reviews, talent deployment, rewards & recognition, market analysis, employees’ and clients engagement, employee relations, and others)
• Working aligned with current business strategies, and appropriately recommending relevant actions that will support business goals from people management perspective
• Building strong working relationships with the business and employees
• Creating people data sets and aligning these to wider organisational data sets
• Carrying out data analysis, from basic to multivariate 
• Using and applying quantitative and qualitative research design to solve problems
• Point of contact and subject matter expert for ad hoc people data and analytics requests
• Making sure that the data is reported in a transparent, accessible and useful way
• Flexible approach to other tasks and projects in alignment with current business requirements

• Higher education degree
• 3+ years of work experience at the position of HR Business Partner, preferably in the multicultural environment
• Ability to manage several HR projects simultaneously
• Superb analytical skills; hands-on experience in manipulating and deriving insight from datasets
• Highly self-motivated and flexible with a "can do" solutions-focused approach
• Accountability and ability to work independently
• Good understanding of business needs, wide approach to problem-solving
• Constantly looking to improve and innovate
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Good networking abilities 
• Very good English skills
