Fast paced opportunity to join the Aon Strategic Financial Solutions team as a Finance Operations Project Manager. In the role you will partner with various finance; systems and external software vendor stakeholders to implement FP&A and reporting solutions across the company. Additionally the role will support high profile ad hoc projects as needed (i.e. Restructuring; B/S Segmentation; Management Hierarchies).

• Act as an Aon deployment lead for FP&A and Reporting tools including Workday Planning; Discovery Boards and Office Connect
• Manage the Workday FP&A reporting suite including user requirements; report deployment, security and end user support
• Subject Matter Expert for Workday FP&A reporting and liaison to the TM1 support team
• FP&A reporting champion with focus on Poland and EMEA region
• Own and manage the Workday FP&A reporting communications site
• Support high profile ad hoc projects as needed (i.e. Restructuring; B/S Segmentation; Management Hierarchies)
• Help to drive innovation and process improvements within the Strategic Financial Solutions Team

• 5-7 years of experience in Financial Analysis or General Accounting
• Previous FP&A experience with a large multinational company
• Proven ability to deliver results under pressure through collaboration; communication and managing time effectively
• Ability to act as liaison between financial system users and technical development teams
• Knowledge of Workday, TM1 or similar financial reporting systems
• Fluent English skills 
• MS Excel & PowerPoint skills
• University degree (preferably economics, finance, accounting or similar)
