Our Operation MI Team provides reporting support to our clients. We analyze the data to make sure that all contractual requirements have been met.
What you will need to get this job:
- Availability to work 30 hours per week for a 6 months
- Fluent English
- Attention to detail - you need to be able to keep track of lots of data and enjoy working at a fast pace
- Knowledge of excel
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills - you can combine different sets of data to work out what's happening and how the problem can be solved
What you'll do once you're fully trained:
- Prepare reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Drive process analysis
- Cooperate with stakeholders to identify and implement improvement ideas
