The role is aimed to providing financial operations support such as:
- Setting up contract/project on the system
- Recognizing revenue on the system
- Raising invoices to clients
- Completing tasks within the monthly schedule to ensure monthly financial deadlines are met
- Dealing with the UK Consultants/Project Manager and the UK Finance Business Operations to resolve contract, revenue, and invoices issues
- Collaborating with Validation Team in India to ensure contract and revenue documents/evidences fulfil SoX requirements
- Participating in projects/additional tasks and ensuring timely-manner deliveries
- Ensuring high standard of work by meeting quality standard and performing peer’s review
- Collaborating closely with team mates, esp. during high peaks so work is delivered withing agreed deadlines
- Seeking for continuous improvement in processes and work organization so high level of quality of work is delivered to clients/stakeholders
Requirements:
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to analyze processes and identify improvements
- Ability to identify and respond to risks
- Ability to focus on details
- English level – B2
- Ability to lead meetings and conference calls if required
- Ability to negotiate
- Ability to manage work streams in a project
- Ability to work effectively in a project team
- Excellent time management & organizational skillsUniversity degree or equivalent work experience
- At least two years of experience
- Experience of client-facing role
