Support the IT Infrastructure PMO function in providing a comprehensive and professional program and project management service to all appropriate stakeholders and facilitate the successful delivery Infrastructure demands and projects. Interact with functional/business unit stakeholders across product groups to monitor and manage the IT portfolio.

• Supports the Infrastructure PMO Lead with the execution of PMO governance, reporting and framework to provide a holistic view of all IT infrastructure demand and project activity. Monitors the delivery of business objectives and customer (Business Unit) experience for PMO services.
• Help drive standardization and harmonization of the Infrastructure project landscape. Ensuring alignment to given IT goals, and compliance with IT Enterprise Architecture and any relevant IT Standards.
• Monitors and reports on IT demands and IT projects to ensure they follow and comply with given methodologies and goals of the Infrastructure Department. Collaborate with Regional IT Teams to analyze business demand for existing or new IT solutions.
• Track budget and spend information, manages budget projections effectively and delivers activities within agreed schedules and costs. Identifies cost drivers and optimization potential.
• Ensures that investments and initiatives in IS project management services are aligned with business strategy and priorities.

• Previous experience related to IT project management area.
• Knowledge and experience in project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
• Knowledge of IT Procedures, Policies, Guidelines and Standards.
• Familiar with SharePoint and ServiceNow.
• Strong communication and administration skills.
• Good writing and speaking skills in English.
