IT Support Assistant
Location:Kraków
Your responsibilities
- Installing and upgrading applications, systems
- Maintenance and administration of computer networks and related IT environments, including computer hardware, systems, application software
- Diagnosing and solving problems related to IT equipment
- Installation and configuration of hardware and software for company computers
- Technical support for users in PL/DK/SE/NO/FR/UK/GE/NL via ticketing system
- Constant development of technical knowledge in the field of technologies and tools used.
- Preparing work desks for new employees
- Taking care of IT equipment – support in receiving and storing newly purchased equipment
- Keeping records of equipment issued to users
- Close cooperation with the administration team – helping with daily office cases
Our requirements:
- Commercial experience is welcome, eg work / internship / apprenticeship
- Experience related to working with Microsoft products
- Basic Knowledge of Windows 10 Troubleshooting
- Knowledge of LAN / WAN (Ethernet, TCP / IP) issues
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written Polish and English
- Very good organization of work, great independence
