Establish and maintain Hitachi Energy’s Information Security Policy framework, define and operate the related Risk Management processes.

Your responsibilities
  • Supports the proactive development and maintenance of the governance framework for Hitachi Energy Information Security, aligned with relevant standards of Hitachi Energy, the industry and other applicable guidelines, as assigned.
  • As part of the Information Security Compliance team, supports the definition and operation of Hitachi Energy Information Security Risk Management and related processes such as Exception approvals.
  • As part of the team, supports the implementation and execution of the Security Operations model by providing advice and assessments to counterparts in- and outside of IT.
  • Ensures quality and timely of deliveries.
  • Responsible for execution of actions for assigned tasks in IS processes according to agreed RACIs and specification.
  • Provides leadership to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice normally without carrying line responsibility.
Your background
  • 7+ years relevant experience in Information Security governance in large, global organizations (consulting, audit or industry/operations), including 2+ years in a large, international industry company.
  • 3+ years of Information Security project experience.
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining an Information Security policy framework.
  • Experience in Risk Management definition and implementation.
  • Experience to operate in an international environment; limited travel (20%) required.
  • Knowledge of relevant security standards such as NIST, ISO, CobiT required.
  • Experience with GRC tools a plus.
  • Information Security/Risk Management certification (CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC…) required, Project Management certification a plus.
  • Fluency in verbal English and excellent English writing skills are essential.
