Controlling Specialist / Cost Specialist
Miejsce pracy: Kraków
Your responsibilities:
- support preparation of financial reporting for top management
- organization of monthly cost review meeting with plant management, contribute to discussions and reviews conducted during the meetings;
- maintain Bill of Materials for manufactured products;
- maintain finished goods and material items in the company ERP software;
- periodic updates of the standard costs for material and finished goods items;
- prepare yearly manufacturing cost budget;
- applying the budget in the costing system – setting up rates, allocations and other cost elements;
- measure of the time for various blue collar work activities;
- monthly analysis of manufacturing variances: materials price and quantity variances, conversion costs variances;
- controlling of stock for materials, WIP and finished goods;
- constant improvement of costing part of ERP to incorporate the production process changes.
Our requirements:
- university degree, or post graduate in Accounting / Economic;
- 2 years of experience in accounting + plus 2 years in financial controlling/analysis in the manufacturing plant;
- fluent in English, speaking and writing;
- advanced Excel, fluent in data analysis, familiar with extraction of data by sql;
- experience in with ERP systems (SAP).
