Department Overview

Motorola Solutions Finance Operations Center (F.O.C.) provides world-class finance, accounting, order management and purchasing services to Motorola branches in Europe, Middle East, Africa, US and Latin America region. • Invoice and other financial documents processing.
• Verification of invoices and other financial documents.
• Communicate in a timely manner with internal employees and external suppliers regarding invoice/payment status.
• Checking supplier statements.
• Supplier invoice scanning.
• Other ad hoc tasks as determined by the Team Lead.

• Ability to work on mixed shift (US hours + Regular hours).
• Educational Requirements: Student status.
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly accurate, great attention to detail and an aptitude for problem solving.
• Ability to work both independently and as a cooperative team member.
• Professional and proactive approach to work.
