For our Client, new Company on Krakow market which is building a SSC structures we are looking for a candidate to position of Payroll Specialist for US. It is a chance to take part in transition of processes for a new SSC.

• Verification of payroll discrepancies
• Perform payroll audits and compares to ensure payroll accuracy
• Research and resolve payroll time issues
• Responsible for answering payroll inquiries
• Continuously improve, appropriately document and effectively follow work processes
• Responsible for assigning and resolving payroll inquiries within the ticketing system while adhering to measurable SLA’s; identify trends and recommend improvements to decrease number of inquiries
• Process Leave of Absence actions
• Review overpayments within each payroll run, create employee deduction authorization letters and send overpayment collection letters
• Work closely with other teams to resolve employee payroll issues and enter tickets to ticketing system when necessary
• Provide ad hoc reports as requested
• Assist in cross training duties within payroll team
• Assist with preparing and providing information for audits and auditor inquires
• Perform additional duties as assigned by team lead and/or payroll manager
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential

• University degree
• Fluent knowledge of English
• 1-3 years of experience on simmilar position
• Experience in US payroll
• Experience in answering employees on payroll problems
• Experience with SAP/Success Factors and Ms Office (Excel)
• Experience in outsourced payroll organization will be an asset
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to accuracy
• Very good communication and ability to build solid relationships
• Strong interpersonal skills and proactive team work approach
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and proactively identify and solve issues
