Department Overview

Motorola Solutions Finance Operation Center is a department of Motorola in Kraków which gives you an opportunity to participate in the setup of the new organization. The center is a part of our global network of Finance Operation Centers (FOC) which provides world-class finance, accounting and purchasing services to Motorola branches in Europe, Middle East, Africa and US region. Senior Corporate Credit Specialist reports to Global Corporate Credit Manager and supports global credit analysis of Motorola's customers working 1st shift hours.

Specifically the Senior Specialist will be:

• Gaining a firm and in-depth understanding of the risk of non-payment by customers
• Reviewing a company’s financial statements
• Performing credit research, analysis and general due diligence in order to determine creditworthiness of current and future customers in regional portfolios
• Completing due diligence on financial institutions and key countries/markets
• Making credit decisions depending on credit review results
• Performing self-assessments to ensure compliance to credit policies and procedures
• Helping other members of Credit Department to ensure that policies and procedures comply with the departmental standards and also provide the support to them in the work
• Driving and supporting continuous improvement in Credit Department
• Working closely with business teams and finance teams
• Supporting Global Credit Manager in ad hoc initiatives

• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit / finance area
• Understanding of financial statements and financial ratios is a distinct advantage
• Fluent English
• We are seeking a Candidate with combination of analytical, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
• Masters Degree in Economy / Finance/Accounting or others
• Understands impact of his/her work on the supported business
• Knowledge in MS Excel with basic knowledge in other MS application
• Ability to multi task & prioritize
