Department Overview

Motorola Solutions Finance Operation Center is a department of Motorola in Kraków which gives you an opportunity to participate in the setup of the new organization. The center is a part of our global network of Finance Operation Centers (FOC) which provides world-class finance, accounting and purchasing services to Motorola branches in Europe, Middle East, Africa and US region. It is a dynamic environment where your ideas and input will be valued and where you will do some of the best work of your life.

Customer Support Student Program:

• Complete order validation for all internal and external customers.
• Complete Service Agreement for US Government customers.
• Order release in close cooperation with: finance (billing, collections, corporate credit, tax), export control, product  groups, PM’s, sales etc.
• Information about order status.
• Credit approval for returns.
• Coordination of orders with Supply Chain.
• Adapting to a fast paced business with a focus on first in, first out cycle time on all requests while maintaining the ability to refocus quickly if business needs dictate.
• Handling of customer complaints.
• Providing Sales support with regards to order management, customer queries.
• Participating in monthly close activities that result in heavier workloads and are critical to corporate financial performance.
