We are looking for someone who can:

• Be a part of a global team delivering business value through solving challenges

• Add value to analysis on team and tenant metrics for reporting and to inform improvement efforts as the platform matures
• Drive process improvements, leveraging agile coaching, and deliver process solutions
• Take ownership of the platform web content, deliver improvements and implement audits to ensure it is well maintained and beneficial to our clients
• Has the ability, when required, to work independently and multi-task across a number of concurrent challenges

Your Team

You’ll be working in our Poland locations. We work closely with our Software Engineers, Bas, PMs and clients, ensuring quality is at the forefront of all deliveries. Our team embraces new ideas and improvements, to make all our lives easier and more enjoyable.

Your expertise

• Experience in a senior program management officer role is mandatory with a strong preference for experience in Agile development projects.
• Familiarity with standard tracking and reporting tools; (e.g. JiraFlow, BluePrint, Tableau)
• A self-starter you can spot opportunities for improvement
• Experience of implementing process improvements across a change function
• Experience of working on Cloud based projects will be an advantage
• Excellent MS Office skills particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
