Department Overview

At Avigilon (MSI Video) team we are helping solve some of the biggest challenges around safety and physical security by developing advanced artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and products that are used to help keep people, businesses, and cities around the world safer. Avigilon, a Motorola Solutions company, designs, develops, and manufactures advanced AI, video analytics, network video management software and hardware, surveillance cameras, and access control solutions that help change the way people interact with their security systems.

Customer Support Student Program

Responsibilities include:

• Accurate entry of returns and warranty replacements data into SAP from Salesforce
• Process, follow through and ensure on time fulfillment of returns and warranty replacements
• Providing timely order status information to customers
• Communicating all needs for Customer orders to cross functional team members
• Handle administrative tasks as assigned during the internship
• Handle Customer enquiries via phone and e-mail

• Fluent English - required 
• student status
• Ability to work on mixed shift (10 days per month you can start at 2 p.m or 3 p.m)
• availability 40 hours per week
• approach to be able to provide support to customers in North America market
• Some work experience in relevant field and customer focused environment will work in candidate's benefit
• University degree (bachelor of business administration / master) or in progress
• Excellent time management
• Excellent communication skills, self motivated and able to work under pressure
• High rate of sensitivity of the mentality, business culture and practices in a multicultural environmen
• Knowledge of SAP operating system will work in the candidate's benefit
