To strengthen our Finance team, we are looking for an Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist with working experience in Billing and Invoicing and proficiency in English. Seize this unique opportunity to take an active part in shaping our new CSS center and grow together with the rapidly developing organization.

 

 

Your responsibilities
  • Billing, including maintenance of sales area data.
  • Invoicing of internal services within the HQ Companies, for Hitachi ABB Power Grids Switzerland.
  • Invoices preparation, issuance and sending using SAP.
  • Execute analysis and reports as assigned.
  • Perform necessary activities to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Ensure that all relevant stakeholders are aware of progress and/or issues to maximize customer satisfaction; support internal business units via phone, email and workflows.
  • Support development and implementation of improvements projects.
Your background
  • At least 3 years of experience in Finance combined with understanding of Billing and Invoicing.
  • Accounts Receivable and Reporting experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of E-invoicing is a plus.
  • Previous experience in Finance Shared Services for a global company a strong plus is preferred.
  • Confident User of SAP, Outlook and Excel.
  • Fluent English, German is a plus.
  • Ability to work in teams, with deadlines and time pressure.
  • Customer service orientation and attention to details.
