Systems Administrator 

Due to continued expansion in Europe, we are currently hiring for a Polish Business Systems Administrator to join our growing team here at bubb.  The role entails jumping head first into our tech stack, which is a magical combination of 3rd party platforms and bubb product, all designed to enable talent attraction and candidate management on behalf of our clients.  The day to day role will be managing these systems that see a high amount of job seeker activity to ensure that the right levers are pulled in order to maximise talent attraction and make our client’s lives as easy as possible.

This role is systems heavy, but those with a flair for keeping clients happy can progress into more of a Customer Success Management role, whilst those who are more keen to stick with the tech can progress into becoming more product orientated within bubb.

Knowledge of staffing or HR is essential, as part of the lever pulling is making decisions based on candidate behaviour.  This role could potentially suit someone who has worked for a recruitment agency in an administrative role and would like to become more involved within technology, and if you’re from a recruitment / staffing tech or HR tech background, you’d find it a breeze!

Day to day description:

• Management of online client recruitment advertising in UK, Europe & the USA
• Working with bubb creative team to implement & manage automated engagement on behalf of clients
• Day to day management of in-house and client side ATS
• Day to day management of in-house tech stack which includes Gmail, video software, and design suites
• Auditing of systems to ensure all automated processes are working
• Making decisions based on account performance and client behaviour
• Creating account performance reports  

Essentials:

• Experience of recruiting or HR systems
• Experience in managing multiple integrated systems 
• Continual curiosity in how to constantly improve and automate

Nice to haves:

• Experience with automation platforms 
• An understanding of boolean searching 
• Experience with job board advertising in the UK & internationally
