Aon Centre of Excellence is looking for a junior finance professional to join the Intercompany Control Tower Team. This position will closely cooperate with onshore local finance Teams and other finance partners.

• Intra-group reporting and analytics
• Coordinating resolution of intercompany accounting differences
• Performing month-end closing activities
• Ensuring that transactions are carried out according to corporate policies and statutory regulations
• Supporting migration of accounting processes from other countries
• Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls, SOPs, Work Instructions
• Testing new systems, policies and tools

• Master degree in Accounting/Finance (or last one year of study)
• Proven operational experience in accounting function, 1 year
• English level: B2/C1
• Experience in a multinational shared services environment preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Strong motivation to work in a dynamic international team
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with ERP solution, Workflow would be an asset
• Spotless record and strong ethos
