You will be responsible for:

• Checking and booking of the commission statements of the insurers
• Contacting insurers regarding missing documentation for incoming receipts
• Maintain permanent contact with the Business
• Assuring accurate and timely postings in general ledger in,
• Performing month-end closing activities including accounts reconciliation,
• Ensuring that transactions are carried out according to corporate policies and statutory regulations

Our requirements:

• Experience in a multinational shared services environment ,
• Fluent English
• Fluent German
• Degree in Accounting/Finance,
• Strong communication skills,
• Strong motivation to work in a dynamic international team,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (advanced MS Excel)
• Spotless record and strong ethos
