Responsibilites:

• Performing data collection, analysis, and reporting in particular Energy and Water consumption
• Developing the agreed pipeline of projects works in particular Energy and Water consumption
• Lead design meetings to identify and target cost effective greening strategies and approaches
• Providing guidance on development of energy project opportunities, including performing technical calculations to verify estimated project energy usage, energy cost and emissions reductions
• Leading execution of Energy savings initiatives
• Cooperation with suppliers and subcontractors during investment preparation and execution
• Liaising with Client during investment preparation and execution
• Ensuring projects’ compliance with measurement and verification protocols
• Financial management & reporting (within ongoing projects)

Requirements:

• Technical expertise, qualifications in an electrical power engineering or compressed air, cooling and HVAC discipline
• Preferably a minimum of 5+ years experience operating as a Senior Manager Level within the building maintenance industry, preferably in FMCG manufacturing sector
• At least three years of experience in analysing building energy efficiency technologies, equipment, and systems and specifying upgrades to improve energy performance
• Experience in managing energy efficiency projects
• Experience of estimating project costs, and presenting high quality tender documents to customers
• English language – B1

• High level of work standards: the ability to recognise, implement and maintain high standards of excellence in the areas of quality, safety and operational performance within the Client account.
• High level of productivity: organized, detail-oriented, capable of meeting and even exceeding deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Experience in performing analyses of energy and water consumption in the factory
