Department Overview

Centralized Managed and Support Operations is part of Services organization where we support external customers. Our Mission statement: We will be the leading provider of integrated mission-critical services that make our customers’ operations reliable, smarter and more efficient while delivering exceptional customer experiences and outcomes.

As a Senior System Engineer you will:

• Create technical design document
• Deploy Proof of Concept (PoC) for new technologies and requirements
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and analysis of complex environments
• Automating of operational procedures 
• Ability to lead small projects
• Ensure scalability of platforms 
• System administration (Windows/Linux/Cloud)

• Minimum 5 years of experience working as system engineer  
• Fluency in the principles of design, implementation and maintenance
• Experience with Windows/Linux/AWS/Azure
• Experience in troubleshooting complex environments
• Experience with scripting to automate basic processes is a must 
• Experience with driving  small projects is a must 
• Knowledge of industry trends 
• Knowledge of data center and cloud architecture concepts 
• Good task and project management skills
• Ability to work in a team, good communication skills, open to mentoring 
• Working proficiency in English
