Global Quality Organization

The primary responsibility of the position is to effectively and efficiently manage the Quality Management System for our European Operation. This will require frequent communications and potentially site visits at our European locations (UK, Germany, Norway, Israel, Denmark, Vienna).

The Cyber Security Senior Consultant (ISMS) is responsible for the overall success of the Quality Management System for our Europe overall Global MSS Quality plan. Key responsibilities include:

• Deploy Process and Quality Assessment (PQSA) across all sites in Europe and champion Continual Service
• Improvement (CSI) governance working with the operational team members to close out all gaps identified.
• Structure ISO9001(QMS), ISO20000(ITIL), ISO27001(Information security), ISO27701, ISO27017, ISO 27018 compliance for each organization and when there is a customer need champion the efforts to become certified.
• Pre-sale review of quality requirements in our sales contracts. Ensure SOW and quality artifacts are feasible and in compliance with our QMS.
• Facilitate global risk management globally through the governance defined and our LogicGate tool
• Develop and maintain ISO and Risk KPI’s for the region that tie to the overall EMEA plan and global 27001 certification. develop and drive a continuous improvement plan for the region, driving best practices and repeatability
• Manage a Lessons Learned process to that will close gaps and leverage best practices across EMEA as well as globally throughout the audit process.
• Assist and guide organizations in best practices for writing process documents.

• Certified Lead Auditor for ISO27001 and ISO9001;
• Experience with 31000 in Risk Management Structure;
• Proficient in writing process and procedural documents;
• Experienced in auditing multiple standards with an integrated management system approach;

Preferred candidates will have:

• Training and knowledge in: ISO 27701, 27017, 27018, 20000, and SOC2,
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a strong background in Lean; 8D, DDW and FMEA experience a plus;
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering;
• Experience with Oracle and SAP a plus.
• Highly organized strong attention to detail, capable of significant multi-tasking and follows all tasks through to completion in a timely manner and works with a sense of urgency.
• The ability to communicate clearly (both written and verbal);
• The ability to understand Motorola’s organizational structure and how to align certificates across multiple businesses and locations;
• The ability to think strategically on managing our ISO certification structure;
• Proficient in Google Applications, MS Office Applications, Excel, Statistical Software( such as Minitab) and a willingness to learn and utilize new tools within the organization;
